Well to put it quite simply, it is a downloadable software – think like a javascript or flash download; but instead it’s a program download that can be installed on basically any type of computer, laptop, pc, netbooks, or mac.  I haven’t really tested it for phones, so I do not know exactly what kind of capabilities – my guess is that it may work for some phones, and not for some others.

One thing I thought was right suspicious right off that bat is that it gave you 3500 channels to watch; this is a ridiculous amount.  But when I actually bought the program, it turned out to be the case – there are this many, and they are from all over the world.  Most of them you can understand, some of them you can not – but you can view television around the world – for example, news without the right/left politics biased that we are so accustomed to.

Another thing that I really liked was the fact that ordering the product was quite easy.  You simply put in some simple basic information, go through a really secure payment, and enjoy the product.  Also, I did not want a refund, but if I did, I could have received it quite easily.

I love these versus things, it can really tell potential consumers the pros and cons of two competing products.  I’ve come to the conclusion, that both have their advantage – I love regular tv, because quite frankly, it’s on tv, but when it comes to innovation, I have to give it to Satellite Direct – the ability to watch on any computer at any time?
